Description
Referred to as French Jet during the Victorian era, this vintage necklace features black glass faceted beads graduated in size for an 18″ necklace. All knotted between the beads and a vintage slide in clasp. The largest bead is 12mm.

About Our Items
I’ve always loved beads and have amassed a large collection of vintage wearable beads and necklaces that need redesign or restringing.
Most of our items are vintage or used unless we tell you otherwise. Expect the item to be in “Vintage” as found condition. For jewelry items, this includes the “softening” of vintage stones as well as normal age patina presentation and normal or vintage wear. We try to give as much information as possible on the item as well as showing front and back images when available.
Most jewelry items
will come boxed ready for storing or gifting. If you buy multiple items, let us know if you want separate boxes for each item.
Minor surface cleaning may be performed but we do not thoroughly clean our items Or do repairs
except as noted in the description
, leaving that to the preference of the buyer
If there are any serious problems that reflect excess wear, damage, visible repairs, or concern, we will try to include it in the description. I do try to identify unmarked metals or stones but I am not a gemologist and cannot guarantee unmarked items.
All items are sold as found in vintage age appropriate condition.
