Vintage Schwinn Lightweight Bicycle Rat Trap Rear Rack
New Reproduction of the Old Rat Trap Book Racks that was found on the rear of Vintage Schwinn Lightweight Bikes. This Rat Trap Rack has 3 hole adjustably to fit various size bikes, attaches to the rear fender mount holes ( bike must have fender mount holes like Vintage Schwinn postwar bikes), the top mounts by clamping brackets on the upper rear stays. Rack is steel and alloy and has a hole for a reflector (reflector not included). Rack is about 15.5 ” long with about a 8″ rat trap clamp and legs are approx 15″ long. Decent amount of adjustably to fit most applications. Comes with Metric mounting hard ware, but I tend to like to use the original or new non metric hardware. Rack comes as shown, Please Check the photos! This Rack can be used on other Vintage Schwinn light weight bikes like: Breeze, Varsity, Le Tour, Suburban, Speedsters, and other 26″& 27″ wheel Vintage Schwinn Light weight (10 & 5 Speed) Bikes.
